Integrative Health Coaching (IHC) is a vehicle to help you achieve a higher level of well-being and performance in life, particularly when change is hard.

During the coaching session, we will work together to articulate:

  • What is most important to you in life and what you want your health and wellbeing for
  • The core areas that affect your health and wellbeing, (movement, relationships, resilience, sleep, spirituality, nutrition and environment)
  • The quality level you are experiencing in these areas currently by rating them
  • Your goal to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Action steps to achieve this goal
  • Discuss what may support you in completing your action steps, establish timelines, accountability strategies, and anticipate possible barriers or challenges.

Our Coaches will create a safe, calm, and secure environment for you, so you can honestly share your thoughts, feelings, needs and desires without fear of judgment, ridicule or pressure.
