How can we support others through burnout?
 
🌺 It is important to look out for each other in our field.
🌺 Keep an eye on your colleagues, check in on them.
🌺 Have regular team meetings, to see how everyone is doing and whether or not jobs can be redistributed or allocated during the day.
🌺 It’s also good to catch up outside of work and have regular monthly after work gatherings, inviting family also. This creates team spirit and relationship.
🌺 Make sure everyone in your team takes a break and holidays
